تصدر اللجنة قرارها بعد التحقق من توافر شروط القيد ، وذلك خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديم الطلب . واذا كان قرارها برفض القيد تعين أن يكون مسببا ويخطر به طالب القيد خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ صدوره بخطاب مسجل مصحوب بعلم الوصول .
