يؤدى المحامى اشتراكا سنويا وفق الفئات الآتية :
جنيه
٦ للمحامى تحت التمرين .
١٢ للمحامى أمام المحاكم الابتدائية اذا لم تزد مدة قيده فى هذا الجدول على ثلاث سنوات .
٢٤ للمحامى أمام المحاكم الابتدائية اذا زادت مدة قيده فى هذا الجدول على ثلاث سنوات .
٦٠ للمحامى أمام محاكم الاستئناف .
٨٠ للمحامى أمام محكمة النقض .
