يجوز لهيئة البريد أن تؤدى للوزارات والمصالح العامة والهيئات الأخرى خدمات كبيع الطوابع والأوراق والاستمارات والبطاقات ذات القيمة. ويحدد مقابل هذه الخدمات بالاتفاق بين الهيئة وبين تلك الجهات.
