فى المدن والجهات والأحياء، التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير المواصلات يلزم ملاك المبانى المكونة من طابقين فأكثر بوضع صناديق البريد فى مدخل المبنى يخصص كل منها لكل مسكن مستقل.
ولهيئة البريد إذا تخلف المالك عن إنشائها خلال المهلة التى تحددها له أن تنشئ هذه الصناديق بمصروفات ترجع بها عليه بطريق الحجز الإدارى.
وعلى من يخصص له صندوق أن يبين اسمه عليه.
