لا يجوز لعضو مجلس ادارة الشركة المساهمة أن يقوم بصفة دائمة بأى عمل فنى أو ادارى بأية صورة كانت فى شركة مساهمة أخرى الا بترخيص من الجمعية العامة للشركة التى يتولى عضوية مجلس ادارتها .
