مع عدم الاخلال بالاستثناءات المقررة لمثلى بنوك القطاع العام ، لا يجوز لعضو مجلس ادارة بنك من البنوك التى تزاول نشاطها فى مصر أن يجمع الى عضويته مجلس ادارة بنك آخر ، أو شركة من شركات الائتمان التى يكون لها نشاط فى مصر ، وكذلك القيام بأى عمل من أعمال الادارة أو الاستشارة فى أيهما .
