يكون للعاملين فى شركات المساهمة التى تنشأ طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون نصيب فى ادارة هذه الشركات ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية طرق وقواعد وشروط اشتراك العاملين فى الادارة ، ويجب أن ينص نظام الشركة على احدى طرق الاشتراك فى الادارة التى تتضمنها اللائحة التنفيذية .
