مع عدم الاخلال بالأحكام الخاصة بمشاركة العاملين فى الادارة ، لا يجوز أن يعين مدير الشركة أو أى موظف بها عضوا فى مجلس ادارتها ، مالم يكن قد مضى على شغله لوظيفة رئيسية بالشركة مدة لا تقل عن سنتين .
