لا يجوز للشركات الأجنبية التى يكون لها مركز لمزاولة الأعمال فى مصر أن تعين مديرا للفرع أو البيت الصناعى أو مكتب الادارة أو غيره أشخاص لا تتوافر فى شأنهم الشروط الواردة فى المواد ٨٩ ، ١٧٧ ، ١٧٨ ، ١٧٩ ، ١٨٠ من هذا القانون .
