يجب على الشركات الأجنبية التى يكون لها مركز لمزاولة الأعمال فى مصر أن تتبع اجراءات التسجيل التجارى المقررة وعليها أن تخطر الجهات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية بالبيانات وتقدم الأوراق التى تحددها تلك اللائحة .
ويشترط أن يكون لفروع الشركات الأجنبية مراقب الحسابات بالشروط والأوضاع التى تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية .
