Article 157 bis of the Companies Law

يكون للمساهمين أو الشركاء المالكين لنسبة (10%) على الأقل من أسهم الشركة أو حصصها الحق فى الحصول على المعلومات وصور المستندات المتعلقة بعقود المعاوضة أو الصفقات التى تبرمها الشركة مع الأطراف المرتبطة بها، فإذا رفضت الشركة ذلك يجوز لهم تقديم طلب للهيئة للحصول عليها، ويكون قرار الهيئة بالإتاحة ملزما للشركة وواجب التنفيذ.
