يقدم المصفى الى الجمعية العامة أو جماعة الشركاء حسابا ختاميا عن أعمال التصفية ، وتنتهى أعمال التصفية بالتصديق على الحساب الختامى .
ويقوم المصفى بشهر انتهاء التصفية فى السجل التجارى وفى صحيفة الشركات ، ولا يحتج على الغير بانتهاء التصفية الا من تاريخ شهره فى السجل التجارى .
ويطلب المصفى بعد انتهاء التصفية شطب قيد الشركة من السجل التجارى .
