تحفظ دفاتر الشركة ووثائقها لمدة عشر سنوات من تاريخ شطب الشركة من السجل التجارى فى مكتب السجل الذى يقع فى دائرته المركز الرئيسى للشركة ، ما لم تعين الجمعية العامة أو جماعة الشركاء مكانا آخر لحفظ الدفاتر والوثائق .
