تعتبر فى حالة تصفية كل شركة بعد حلها أو انتهاء مدتها أو انقضائها لأى سبب غير الاندماج أو التقسيم، وتتم التصفية طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون ونظام الشركة أو عقدها.
