تحتفظ الشركة خلال مدة التصفية بالشخصية الاعتبارية بالقدر اللازم لأعمال التصفية .
ويضاف الى اسم الشركة خلال التصفية عبارة (تحت التصفية) وتبقى هيئات الشركة قائمة خلال مدة التصفية ، وتقتصر سلطاتها على الأعمال التى لا تدخل فى اختصاص المصفين .
