مع عدم الاخلال بالتزامات المراقب الأساسية لايجوز لمراقب الحسابات أن يذيع على المساهمين فى مقر الجمعية العامة أو فى غيره أو الى غيرهم ما وقف عليه من أسرار الشركة بسبب قيامه بعمله والا وجب عزله ومطالبته بالتعويض .
