لا يجوز لمراقب حسابات شركة المساهمة قبل انقضاء ثلاث سوات من تركه العمل بها أن يعمل مديرا أو عضوا بمجلس الادارة أو أن يشتغل بصفة دائمة أو مؤقتة بأى عمل فنى أو ادارى أو استشارى فى الشركة التى كان يعمل بها .
ويعتبر باطلا كل عمل يخالف حكم هذه المادة ويلزم المخالف بأن يؤدى الى خزانة الدولة المكافآت والمرتبات التى صرفت له من الشركة .
