يصدر مجلس إدارة الهيئة بالاتفاق مع السلطات المختصة في الوحدات الإدارية للدولة
القرارات الخاصة بنقل أو ندب أو إعارة العاملين اللازمين للهيئة من هذه الوحدات بدرجاتهم
وفئاتهم ، وتحدد هذه القرارات المعاملة المالية لهم دون أن يخل ذلك بما كانوا يتقاضونه
من مستحقات مالية .
