يجوز بقرار من الهيئة الترخيص لصندوق أو أكثر بناء على طلبه بالاندماج في صندوق آخر وذلك بعد موافقة الجمعية العامة غير العادية لكل صندوق ، ويعتبر الصندوق المندمج فيه خلفا للصندوق المندمج ، ويحل محله حلولا قانونيا فيما له من حقوق وما عليه من التزامات .
ويتم الاندماج وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي يحددها مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
