مع عدم الإخلال بالتوازن المالي للصندوق يجوز لأى عضو من أعضاء الصندوق تحويل ما يخصه من حقوق والتزامات إلى صندوق آخر يوافق على هذا التحويل ويجب على عضو الصندوق طالب التحويل إلى صندوق آخر أن يحصل على موافقة الجمعية العامة لكل صندوق على حدة .
ويتم التحويل وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التي يحددها مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
