على الصندوق أن يحتفظ فى مركز إدارته بالوثائق والمكاتبات والسجلات الخاصة به ، وتحدد الهيئة السجلات وما يقوم مقامها والتي يتعين على الصندوق إمساكها وما تحويه من بيانات والمدى الزمني للاحتفاظ بها .
ولكل عضو من أعضاء الصندوق حق الاطلاع على سجلات الصندوق ومستنداته في حدود بياناته الشخصية .
