تتكون الجمعية العامة للصندوق من جميع الأعضاء الذين أوفوا بالالتزامات التي يحددها النظام الأساسى للصندوق ومضت على عضويتهم به ستة أشهر على الأقل من تاريخ صدور موافقة مجلس إدارة الصندوق بقبول عضويتهم ، ولا تسرى هذه المدة على الجمعية العامة التأسيسية التي تعقد لانتخاب مجلس إدارة فور تسجيل الصندوق بالسجل المعد لهذا الغرض بالهيئة والترخيص له بمزاولة النشاط .
