تتكون موارد الصندوق مما يأتي :
١– اشتراكات الأعضاء .
٢– مساهمة الجهة المنشأ بها الصندوق (إن وجدت) .
٣– عائد استثمار أموال الصندوق .
٤– أية موارد أخرى يوافق عليها مجلس إدارة الصندوق وتقرها الهيئة .
