يلتزم الصندوق بإخطار الهيئة بكل تعديل أو تغيير يطرأ على نظامه الأساسي ، ويرفق الصندوق المستندات المؤيدة له ، ويتم الإخطار وفقا للضوابط والمعايير التي يحددها مجلس إدارة الهيئة ، ولا يجوز العمل بهذا التعديل إلا بعد اعتماده من الهيئة .
وينشر قرار التعديل على الموقع الإلكترونى للصندوق وكذا الموقع الإلكتروني الذي تخصصه الهيئة لهذا الغرض .
