يجب أن تسجل صناديق التأمين الخاصة بمجرد إنشائها في السجل المعد لذلك بالهيئة وذلك وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات المنصوص عليها في هذا الباب .
وتضع الهيئة الشروط الواجب توافرها في النظم الأساسية للصناديق الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون .
