مع عدم الإخلال بالأوضاع القائمة لصناديق التأمين الخاصة وقت العمل بأحكام هذا القانون ، لا يجوز السماح بإنشاء أكثر من صندوق واحد في ذات الجهة التابع لها أعضاء الصناديق إلا في الحالات وبالضوابط التي يصدر بها قرار عن مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
