يصدر بتحديد أسعار التأمين المنصوص عليه بالمادة (٤٠) من هذا القانون وما يرتبط به من مصروفات إصدار وتحصيل قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة ، وذلك استنادا إلى الدراسات الفنية والاكتوارية التي تعد في هذا الشأن .
ولمجلس إدارة الهيئة بعد أخذ رأى وزارة الداخلية وموافقة رئيس مجلس الوزراء ، تحديد أسعار إضافية لهذا التأمين فى الحالات التى تزيد فيها المخاطر التأمينية .
وعلى مجمعة التأمين المعنية الالتزام بهذه الأسعار في الوثائق التي تصدرها .
