يسرى مفعول التغطية التأمينية طوال مدة الترخيص بتسيير المركبة ، وخلال المهلة المسموح فيها بتجديد الترخيص طبقا لأحكام قانون المرور المشار إليه ، ويسرى مفعول تجديد التغطية التأمينية من اليوم التالى لانتهاء مدة الترخيص حتى نهاية المهلة المسموح خلالها بتجديده .
