لا يجوز أن تجمع شركة التأمين التكافلي بين مزاولة فروع التأمين الواردة في البند أولا من الفقرة الأولى من المادة (٢) من هذا القانون ومزاولة الفروع الواردة بالبند ثانيا من ذات المادة .
كما لا يجوز الجمع بين ممارسة صيغة التأمين التكافلي أو إعادة التأمين التكافلي ، وغيرها من صيغ التأمين وإعادة التأمين .
