يجوز بترخيص من الهيئة تأسيس شركات تأمين يقتصر غرضها الوحيد على مزاولة التأمين التكافلي أو إعادة التأمين التكافلي .
ويكون تأسيس تلك الشركات وقيدها والترخيص لها بمزاولة النشاط وفقا للشروط والقواعد والإجراءات الواردة بهذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له .
