تصدر الهيئة القواعد التى تلزم أعضاء مجلس الإدارة وجميع العاملين بأى من
الجهات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون بالإفصاح عن أى بيانات أو معلومات تتعارض
وطبيعة أعمالهم ، وخاصة العلاقات المرتبطة بالجهات أو المهن أو الخدمات التأمينية
الأخرى بحسب الأحوال .
ويحظر على رئيس الهيئة ونائبيه ومجلس إدارتها والعاملين بها أن يشتركوا
فى تأسيس أو إدارة أو تقديم استشارة فنية إلى أى من الخاضعين لأحكام هذا القانون .
