صندوق ضمان حملة الوثائق والمستفيدين منها ، شخص اعتبارى من أشخاص
القانون الخاص له ميزانية مستقلة ويخضع لإشراف الهيئة ، ومقره فى مدينة القاهرة ،
ويهدف إلى تعويض حملة الوثائق والمستفيدين منها نتيجة لعدم قدرة الشركة على
الوفاء بالتزاماتها .
ولرئيس مجلس الوزراء بعد أخذ رأى الهيئة تعديل النظام الأساسى للصندوق
الصادر قبل العمل بأحكام هذا القانون .
