مع مراعاة ما هو وارد بنص المادة (١٩٤) من هذا القانون ، تتولى الشركة
إدارة حساب التكافل وأعمال الاستثمار المرتبطة بالاشتراكات على أساس نموذج
الوكالة أو المضاربة أو كليهما معا ، وذلك وفقا لما يحدده النظام الأساسى للشركة
وما تضعه الهيئة من ضوابط فى هذا الخصوص .
