تعد من التكاليف واجبة الخصم عند تحديد صافى الدخل الخاضع للضريبة وفقا
لأحكام قانون الضريبة على الدخل الديون التى يقرر مجلس إدارة الشركة إعدامها
وتزيد على المخصصات المشار إليها بالمادة (١٧٤) من هذا القانون ، وذلك بعد اتخاذ
الإجراءات الجادة لاستيفائها وفقا للضوابط والإجراءات التى يضعها مجلس إدارة
الهيئة ، على أن يصدر بها تقرير من مراقب الحسابات .
