لا يجوز لمراقب الحسابات أن يتولى مراجعة أكثر من شركتى تأمين ، وبما لا يجاوز
ست سنوات مالية متصلة لكل شركة على حدة من تاريخ تعيينه أول مرة .
ويجب على الشركة أن تضع تحت تصرف المراقب جميع السجلات والمستندات
التى يراها ضرورية للقيام بوظيفته .
ولرئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة إذا لزم الأمر أن يعهد إلى مراقب حسابات آخر
بمهمة محددة وتتحمل الشركة أتعابه .
