تلتزم الشركة بوضع لائحة داخلية تتضمن نظام العمل بالشركة، وآليات إدارة المخاطر والملاءة المالية، والتعامل مع شكاوى العملاء، مع إخطار الهيئة بصورة من اللائحة خلال أسبوع من تاريخ إصدارها .
وتلتزم الشركة بتغيير أحكام لائحتها الداخلية بما يتفق مع أي تعديل فى القانون أو القواعد والضوابط التي يضعها مجلس إدارة الهيئة، وبإخطار الهيئة بذلك خلال أسبوع من تاريخ نفاذ التعديل .
