تؤدى الصناديق رسما سنويا للهيئة يحدده مجلس إدارة الهيئة بما لا يجاوز واحدا ونصفا في الألف من جملة الاشتراكات السنوية للصندوق مقابل فحص واعتماد أسس تحديد اشتراكات وتعويضات أعضائها بمراعاة الأسس الاكتوارية والفنية والتحقق من كفاية أموالها للوفاء بالتزاماتها وجمع وتصنيف وإتاحة البيانات والمعلومات ذات الصلة بعمل الصناديق ، ودراسة شكاوى الصناديق وأعضائها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
