على القائمين على إدارة الصندوق أن يضعوا تحت تصرف أعضائه جميع البيانات الواجب تقديمها إلى الهيئة وفقا لأحكام المادتين (٧٣ ، ٧٤) من هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له وأن تسلم نسخة منها إلى من يطلبها من الأعضاء مقابل مبلغ لا يجاوز خمسين جنيها يتم تحصيله بالطرق المقررة قانونا عن كل مستند وفقا للشروط والأوضاع التي يضعها مجلس إدارة الهيئة .
