تعفى المشروعات التى يتم محاسبتها ضريبيا وفقا للأسس المبينة فى هذا الباب
من إمساك السجلات والدفاتر والمستندات المنصوص عليها فى قانون الضريبة على الدخل
المشار إليه .
ولوزير المالية بقرار منه، بعد أخذ رأى مجلس الإدارة، وضع نظم مبسطة للسجلات
والدفاتر والمستندات والإجراءات التى تلتزم بها المشروعات الخاضعة للمعاملة الضريبية
المنصوص عليها فى هذا الباب، بما فى ذلك تقرير نظم للحوافز لتشجيع المشروعات
على التعامل بالفواتير الضريبية .
