يتعين أخذ رأى الجهاز فى الآتى :
١ - مشروعات القوانين والقرارات ذات الصلة بنشاطه أو بالمشروعات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون .
٢ - الاتفاقيات الدولية الخاصة بالتمويل ذات الصلة بنشاط المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر وريادة الأعمال .
