يتولى الجهاز أو من يفوضه من الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة إصدار تراخيص مؤقتة للمشروعات العاملة بالاقتصاد غير الرسمى التى تباشر نشاطها دون ترخيص وقت العمل بأحكام هذا القانون، وتتقدم بطلب الحصول على هذا الترخيص لتوفيق أوضاعها وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب، على ألا تجاوز مدة الترخيص المؤقت خمس سنوات .
