تكون قرارات الجهاز الصادرة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون نافذة فى مواجهة جميع جهات الدولة ووحدات الإدارة المحلية وشركات المرافق المملوكة للدولة، وتلتزم هذه الجهات والشركات بإخطار الجهاز بتنفيذها ، وموافاة الجهاز بما يطلبه من معلومات ووثائق تتعلق بأغراضه، وذلك دون الإخلال بالمعلومات التى تتمتع بالحماية أو السرية بمقتضى القانون .
