يلغى القانون رقم ٣٦٦ لسنة ١٩٥٦ وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم ٢٧١٥ لسنة ١٩٦٦ باعتبار الهيئة العامة لشئون السكك الحديدية هيئة عامة في تطبيق القانون رقم ٦١ لسنة ١٩٦٣ بإصدار قانون الهيئات العامة ، كما يلغى كل نص يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
