يجوز للمركز ، وفقا لاعتبارات المصلحة العامة ، تعديل شروط الترخيص أو التصريح
بعد إصداره فى أى من الحالات الآتية :
١ - الاستجابة إلى الاتفاقيات الدولية أو الإقليمية أو القوانين الوطنية ذات الصلة .
٢ - بناء على طلب المرخص له .
٣ - اندماج المتحكم أو المعالج مع آخرين داخل جمهورية مصر العربية أو خارجها .
٤ - إذا كان التعديل ضروريا لتحقيق أهداف هذا القانون .
رابعا : إلغاء التراخيص والتصاريح والاعتمادات
