يجتمع مجلس إدارة المركز بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل شهر ، وكلما دعت
الحاجة لذلك ، ويكون اجتماعه صحيحا بحضور أغلبية أعضائه ، وتصدر قراراته بأغلبية
ثلثى أصوات الأعضاء الحاضرين ، وللرئيس أن يدعو من يرى لحضور الاجتماع دون أن
يكون له صوت معدود .
