يكون إلغاء الأمر الصادر بالإفراج تحت شرط طبقا للمادة السابقة بأمر من الوزير الذي أصدر أمر الإفراج بناء على طلب رئيس النيابة العامة أو المدير أو محافظ الجهة التي بها المفرج عنه ويجب أن يبين في الطلب المذكور الأسباب المقررة له

يكون تخفيض مدة المراقبة أو الإعفاء منها كلية
أو إلغاء الإفراج تحت شرط طبقا للمادتين ٤٩٥ و ٤٩٧ بأمر من الوزير
المختص بناء على طلب رئيس النيابة العامة أو مدير أو محافظ الجهة التي بها
المفرج عنه ويجب أن يبين في الطلب الأسباب المبررة له .
