إذا خالف المفرج عنه الشروط التي وضعت للإفراج
أولم يقم بالواجبات المفروضة عليه ، أو وقع منه ما يدل على سوء سيره ، يلغى
الإفراج ويعاد إلى السجن ليستوفى المدة الباقية من عقوبته في يوم
الإفراج عنه
