لمأمورى الضبط القضائى ، ولو فى غير حالة التلبس بالجريمة أن يفتشوا منازل الأشخاص الموضوعين تحت مراقبة البوليس إذا وجدت أوجه قوية للاشتباه فى أنهم ارتكبوا جناية أو جنحة ، ويكون التفتيش على الوجه المبين فى المادة ٥١
