لمأمور الضبط القضائى فى حالة التلبس بجناية أو جنحة أن يفتش منزل المتهم ، ويضبط فيه الأشياء والأوراق التى تفيد فى كشف الحقيقة إذا اتضح له من أمارات قوية أنها موجودة فيه .
