للمحكمة التى أصدرت الحكم على المتهم الصغير أن تعيد النظر فى أى وقت فى الحكم الصادر بناء على طلب النائب العام متى رأى أن العقوبة المحكوم بها لا تلائم حالة المحكوم عليه .
ولا يجوز عند إعادة النظر الحكم بغير العقوبات الخاصة بالأحداث .
